Delivery Policy

Standard orders are sent out by Grainger Games through Royal Mail. Items are dispatched via Royal Mail First class between Monday-Friday. First Class post aims to arrive in 1-2 working days, meaning that including processing time you should have your items in 3-5 working days from the date of your order being placed. We may send items out individually when an order contains multiple purchases, so that they fit through your letter box and you get your games and movies that little bit quicker.

 

Next Day Special Delivery

If you want your games a little quicker we offer next day special delivery through our courier Interlink Express(additional costs apply), which is guaranteed to arrive the next working day (Mon-Fri), but you will need to be available at the delivery address in order to sign for the package. If your order is eligable for next day delivery, this will be displayed at the checkout.

An email will be sent when each item is dispatched to allow for convenient delivery.

 

Pre-Orders

We aim to dispatch all pre-orders with the aim of arriving by release day. These are sent out via Royal Mail First Class before release day which aims to deliver the next working day. As this isn't a guaranteed delivery service, we're unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day.

 

Lost Items

While the vast majority of our orders arrive the next working day from dispatch, occasionally parcels can be held up or become lost in the post. Whilst we hope this is not the case, if your order has not yet arrived we kindly ask that you take the following steps before contacting us:

 

Has my order definitely been dispatched?

You will receive dispatch confrimation from Grainger Games to your email address when this has been processed for delivery. Your mail server may redirect our mail to your junk/spam box. You can also view your order's progress through you online account. Your order will show as processing until this has been dispatched, at which point the delivery status will be updated.

 

How long ago was my order sent?

We are regulated by Royal Mail's terms & conditions. Royal Mail require a waiting time from dispatch of 15 WORKING DAYS for orders being delivered within the UK, 28 WORKING DAYS for the EU and 40 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world before you can make a lost parcel claim. We unfortunately cannot take any action until this time has passed.

 

Is the order at your local postal sorting office?

It's possible the postal service may be holding your package. Please contact your local postal sorting office to see if they have your order. UK customers can find their local sorting office by calling 0845 6050767. If your order has been sent, is past the lost parcel time frame for your region and you've contacted the postal service without success, please get in touch with us via our contact form with your name, order number and confrimation of your delivery address (including post code). We will then supply you with a lost parcel form and once this has been completed we will either replace your goods (stock allowing), or issue a refund. 

 

Digital Purchases

Any product marked as a digital purchase will be sent out via email, and appear in the My Account section as soon as your order has been confirmed.

These should be with you within a hour of your order being placed, however your order may be delayed if this is flagged as high risk from our payment providers - this will need manually approved and will be with you the next working day.
