Web Returns Policy

Any product found to be faulty may be returned within 6 months of purchase. Please contact us using the contact us page to arrange a return.

Items bought online through our secure web purchase system may be returned to our web sales team at the following address, along with a covering note and proof of purchase:

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

In Store Purchase Returns

Grainger Games wants our customers to buy with confidence and as such we offer a 3 day games return policy if the game is not suitable as purchased. We will offer a credit note or game of the same value in exchange as long as valid proof of purchase is provided and the game is returned as sold.

This is limited to one return transaction per customer and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to offer this service at the store managers discretion. Excludes DVD, UMD and Blu-Ray and items which include digital content. If the Game has not been used then the new price still applies. If the game has been played but is unsuitable the customer will receive the pre-owned price as it is no longer returned as sold.

Hardware Returns

Faulty Consoles/Gadgets may be returned for a like-for-like exchange: New consoles up to 12 months from the purchase date and pre-owned consoles for up to 6 months from the purchase date. Returned hardware must contain every component part as purchased (e.g. cables, memory cards, etc.) A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Digital Purchases

Once a digital code has been issued these are non-refundable.


Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.
